Yuan is a design leader with 12+ years of experience envisioning forward-looking experiences, designing systems at scale, and coaching designers for growth.
She's currently on a path to become a certified professional coach. She coaches women of color to play bigger in career and life. Most recently, she was a design lead at Airbnb and leading a mentorship program for emerging women design leaders.
She enjoy painting in her spare time. Her art studio Ink + Water features a series of ink paintings inspired by figures and poetry. She has exhibited her work in Germany and led drawing sessions with SF Ballet "Sensorium."
