Victoria currently leads research at Plaid, where her team thinks deeply about how growing access and understanding in the financial ecosystem can lead to increased well-being in people's lives. Prior to fintech, she conducted research at Mapbox, IDEO, and Facebook. She arrived in user experience research by way of social science and public interest law.
