Rhett Luciani is a Melbourne based Product Design Manager currently working at Zendesk, leading a team of five product designers. He is also a mentor for RETHINK Coaching Through Crisis Program. Having recently transitioned from an individual contributor role, he is enjoying the fresh challenge of people management.
Prior to Zendesk, Rhett has worked in a wide range of design disciplines, ranging from identity and branding to web design and front end development. As a manager, Rhett places great value in trust, transparency and continued learning.
Outside of work, Rhett is a father to two crazy little girls, aged 1 and 4. When not chasing them around the house, he can usually be found painting tiny plastic space men or riding his road bike.
