Jordan has worked for a decade and a half in the fields of user experience architecture and interaction design. In the past, Jordan has managed large teams at award-winning agencies like Critical Mass and has lead UX for product development on triple-A titles at Electronic Arts.
At Glassdoor, Jordan is driving the strategic design vision, perspective, and execution of Glassdoor's full product suite end-to-end, spanning consumer and employer facing products. Leading the creative execution of the future product at Glassdoor as well as growing and guiding a full UX team of designers and researchers. Outside of design you can find Jordan on a long bike ride or playing hockey.
