Jess leads the Design Systems team at LinkedIn, responsible for enabling quality design at scale through Art Deco – their Design System. The team strives to empower and educate their peers to deliver amazing, inclusive, consistent experiences to their members. As a Bay Area local, she’s lived and worked in close proximity to the heart of the tech scene her entire life, and she’s had the pleasure of learning from and collaborating with some of the most talented professionals in the world at LinkedIn. On weekends, you’ll find her snapping photos, white boarding about life, or riding around town on her Vespa.
